تلتزم منصة سنبلة للتسويق عبر الإنترنت مبادئ التجارة العادلة والعمل التعاوني وحماية البيئة، وهي في طور إنشاء إطار جماعي مستقل لإدارة عملياتها.

من خلال توفيرها التواصل المباشر بين صغار المنتجين والمستهلك، تطمح سنبلة إلى توفير بديل عن سلاسل التوريد الإقصائية التي تستحوذ عادة على الجزء الأكبر من أرباح صغار المنتجين. 

كما تتطلع سنبلة على المدى الطويل إلى تطوير سلاسل قيمة محلية عادلة، والبناء على تجارب ميدانية ناجحة، مثل مشروع تدريب ودعم النساء في صيدا وعين الحلوة لإنتاج المعكرونة الطازجة وبيعها بأسعار تنافسية في أسواق ومخابز صيدا المحلية، على أن تعود الأرباح مباشرة للنساء المشاركات. 

ترغب سنبلة في التعاون مع صغار المنتجات والمنتجين من كافة الجنسيات في لبنان، وتطمح بشكل خاص إلى إشراك المجموعات المهمشة والمحرومة من أدنى الحقوق الاقتصادية، كصغار المزارعين والمزارعات، واللاجئين واللاجئات، والمبادرات الأهلية والنسائية والشبابية المحلية. 

SENBLEH is an initiative of Seed In A Box and Amel International Association, established with the kind support of UNDP. The fair trade online marketing platform works on a cooperative basis and is in the process of establishing an autonomous collective for its operations.

From small farmers, producers, and service providers to your homes and businesses, we offer an alternative to current supply chains that marginalize small producers and share a significant part of their revenue.

We also work on developing short, localized value chains, such as the project to produce fresh pasta for the Saida/Ain el-Helwe markets by women from marginalized areas.

SENBLEH is open to producers of all nationalities in the targeted area, including women, youth, refugees, and small farmers, producers, and service providers. The initiative also acts as a commercial platform for refugees who are denied their inalienable economic and social rights in the country.

Direct delivery is provided by local groups and entities specialized in the service. We also offer wholesale delivery options for restaurants, hotels, and caterers.

In addition to sales, the website will showcase initiatives, projects, and producers to expose their stories, link them with market mentors, uplift their brand, and mobilize financial support to expand the initiative.

A guide to every farmer for sustainable agriculture best practices. The guide is produced in Arabic, it contains videos, photos and illustrations to help explain the methods and ways to sustainable agriculture.

Seed In A Box initiative started as a small project to preserve the natural, heirloom, and organic seeds by growing them and/or storing them.

Heirloom seeds, organic seeds, and non-GMO seeds are the seed types that one can find in Seed In A Box. All of the seeds and seedlings at Seed In A Box are chemical-free, this means that we do not use any chemicals during the growing process for our crops, as well as for the crops we import, store, and grow.

جمعية نشأت من مبادرات متنوعة تسعى للسيادة على الغذاء والموارد الطبيعية وتحسين البيئة المعيشية وتفعيل الحصانة الاقتصادية في المناطق المهمشة، من خلال نشر المعرفة وإدارة المشاريع الزراعية التنموية والعمل على  إكثار البذور البلدية ودعم المحميات الطبيعية والتشجيع على اقامة مشاتل بلدية والحفاظ على التنوع البيولوجي، وذلك بشراكة متكاملة مع البلديات ووزارة الزراعة اللبنانية والنقابات الزراعية في برامج تنموية وزراعية.

Agrimovement envisions a sustainable just future, where communities thrive through resilient social practices, equitable access to food, and empowered people. 

Agrimovement strives to promote food sovereignty, advocates peoples’ right to food, environmental stewardship, and economic growth by fostering innovation, knowledge-sharing, and collaborative partnerships in socio-economic development

Agrimovement supports research pertaining to seed preservation, environmental conservation, and best practices in ecological farming.

Seed in a box is an initiative started as a small project to preserve the natural, heirloom, and organic seeds in two ways, by growing them and/or storing them. We work with farmers to preserve and exchange seeds, to reach a nationwide network of natural, heirloom organic seed exchange.

Our interventions over the years have shown that we can build a sustainable future by following nature’s time machines—seeds. Seeds carry generations of knowledge and adaptation, mitigating challenges and serving as incubators and growth accelerators.

• We planned to create agricultural service centers all over Lebanon and/or work with the actual ones. This was one of the main recommendations of SEAC 1 & SEAC 2 Conferences on Agriculture and Food Sovereignty in Lebanon www.seaction.org.
• In this, we launched with other partners programs in Beddawi, Nahr El Bared, Northern Lebanon, Saida, and Southern Lebanon and Mount Lebanon. Where people (farmers and non-farmers) are being trained on sustainable agriculture practices and introduced to food sovereignty principles.
• Our aim is to encourage cooperative work, cooperative food production, creating new value chains in agriculture and food. Encouraging circular economy models.  
• Living Seed Banks formed by farmers to farmers, are one solution which creates a cascading effect towards food sovereignty and communities independence. All that is needed is the will, then the resources will be gathered by themselves. Sustainability in seed production will lead to abundance in food production, which leads to food processing and preservation, nature preservation, and more nutritious crops lead to better human health. 
• Additionally, we prioritize the integration of independent scientific research into our initiatives.
